Here we are again with the monthly date, the one you look forward to and that I love preparing. This parcel really spoiled me, with some lovely new pieces, and above all, it goes beyond sport to touch everything that makes up a true wellbeing routine. A little reminder that matters to me, Prozis is a Portuguese brand, made in Europe, mainly in Porto, and that, in the way I like to consume, weighs heavily in the balance. You know it by now, I’m a fan of their outfits, and especially their socks.
Socks, bra and matching set
This time, some pretty short, colourful socks, light, perfect for summer, with the brand name set at the ankle, and which hold the foot well without slipping. The navy bra, I wore it all day long it’s so beautiful, especially at the back, with its fine jewel-like straps. And for once, I gave in to a matching set, shorts and top in a bluish two-tone, without a single seam, so without any irritation on the skin, and with that little shaping at the bottom that I love so much.

Granola and peach collagen
My restock of choco-hazelnut granola, which I’ve ordered without fail for two and a half years, low in sugar, rich in fibre and protein, perfect with skyr at breakfast or as a light dessert in the evening. And a new arrival that won me over, the peach-flavoured collagen drinks, which I put in the fridge to enjoy them chilled. Collagen, as a reminder, supports the skin, nails, hair and joints, and our body produces less and less of it with the years, so we may as well treat ourselves usefully.

Vitamin C, toothpaste and probiotics
I renewed my vitamin C face cream, which I’ve used for nearly two years without tiring of it, simple and pleasant to apply. People often ask me the secret of my white teeth, so here it is in part, the Fluo White toothpaste, now part of my daily routine. And then, let’s be honest, after thirty come a few little troubles, and on my side, it’s transit and bloating. So I started a course of probiotics, twenty-five billion ferments, to recover a calmer gut flora and better digestive comfort.
