Who I am, and what I create
Let me start at the beginning. I am Caroline, a content creator for six years now, and UGC takes up a large part of my days. If the term premium UGC creator means nothing to you yet, just know that I produce authentic videos and photos for brands, the kind that look filmed by a real customer, because deep down that is what I am.
My path was no accident. I grew up with the codes of luxury hospitality in Switzerland, I trained in classical dance at a conservatory, and all of that leaves a mark… a certain poise, a taste for detail, a presence in front of the lens that cannot be improvised. I enjoy embodying a simple, spontaneous image as much as a more elegant and refined world, depending on what your product has to say.
And since people search for both UGC creator and the longer user generated content creator, let me say it plainly, this is exactly the craft I practice.
To give you a sense of the pace, over the past few weeks I have been shooting around twenty videos a month, almost one a day, from a simple raw clip to a fully delivered production. And that does not even count the variations I am asked for, because every brand wants its own version, its own angle, its own little difference.
UGC, in a nutshell
UGC, for User Generated Content, is content centred on your brand but created by a real person, not by a cold studio nor a classic advertising spot. You recognise it straight away, a sincere, embodied voice, a real everyday setting, a tone that reassures.
It is not quite influence, by the way. Influence relies on a person’s fame and their audience. UGC puts the product at the centre and keeps me in the background, at the service of your message. If you want to dig into the difference, I took the time to lay it all out on my page what is a UGC creator.
A first example, on the fashion side: this collaboration with Vivaia, eco-responsible shoes that had to feel as desirable as they are committed.
The formats I shoot
The toolbox is wide, let us say, and I adapt it to your goal rather than the other way around. Here is what I produce most often:
- Face cam and talking head, when you need direct speech, looking into the camera and carrying the viewer along.
- Voice-over laid on product shots, for brands that prefer to stay on the gesture and the detail.
- Unboxing and first impression, that opening moment that sparks desire.
- Product demo and how-to tutorial, to show real use, without overselling.
- Testimonial and review, the social proof format par excellence.
- Vlog, routine and lifestyle, when the product fits into a real day.
- Product-in-hand photo and portrait, for your listings and your static ads.
If you are still unsure about the right format, I devoted a whole page to UGC video, its uses and its codes.
On the fitness and nutrition side, a field I know from the inside, this video for Prozis puts everyday sports products in the spotlight.
My languages, my voice
This is probably what sets me apart the most. I shoot in French, English and Italian, with a little Portuguese when needed. And above all, I am first and foremost a speaker with a clear voice, with no accent to pull attention away from the message. A clean, steady, easy-to-follow voice-over changes everything for a brand that broadcasts internationally.
In practice, the same campaign can exist in several languages, with the same person, the same tone, the same presence. You keep a rare consistency, without juggling providers or accents that do not match your image.
And if you are aiming for one more language, we can dub a video using dedicated tools. The idea is never to replace me, simply to carry the same message into an additional language, cleanly.
Since we are talking about languages and international reach, here is a video for Holafly, the eSIM specialist, where a slightly abstract product had to be made simple.
My settings, and a little travel advantage
I shoot from home, in the flat as well as in the garden, with light I know by heart. I also have ways to vary things, a bike, a car, and above all a campervan, the legacy of two years on the road across Europe. For an outdoor, travel or lifestyle brand, that opens up settings few creators offer directly.
I can also shoot as a couple, with a man available for two-person scenes, which broadens the scenarios quite a bit. A real everyday life on camera, with just enough naturalness and just enough poise.
And since we mention travel, here is the presentation of a holiday rental: making a place desirable in a few shots, as if you were already there.
The sectors I know
Six years leaves time to touch a lot of things. I am comfortable, and credible, on beauty and make-up, education and training, health and supplements, jewellery and accessories, electronics and gadgets, drinks, home and decor, fitness and wellness, and of course fashion, clothing, shoes and bags.
I am not afraid of subjects linked to intimacy either, handled with measure and without vulgarity. Restraint is part of luxury too.
The home lends itself wonderfully as well: this feature for a coffee machine plays on the gesture, the ritual, the simple pleasure of the morning.
The brands that trusted me
You may recognise names from travel, fitness, beauty or training. That is on purpose, I like to vary the worlds, and every collaboration teaches me a little more about how to serve a product without erasing myself or crushing it.
A more lifestyle register with Horus-X, where the idea was to slip the product into a real routine, without ever overdoing it.
Working with me, directly
No agency, no middleman, no hidden commission. You talk to me, I answer you, and we build together. It is simpler, faster, and often fairer for your budget. I explained why direct makes sense on my page hiring a UGC creator directly.
And fashion once more, for the pleasure of it: a feature on clothing and heels, the care of posture and line.
How a collaboration unfolds
Nothing complicated. We first settle your goal and the format, then we validate a clear brief, what to say, what to show, and what to avoid. I shoot, I edit, I deliver, and one revision is planned to fine-tune the result. We finally set the usage rights and their duration, depending on whether the content goes to advertising or organic.
As for deliverables, the choice is yours. I can hand you the raw footage to edit on your side, or the fully edited video, ready to publish. And if a detail bothers you afterwards, a forgotten mention or an object left in the frame, we touch up the video rather than reshooting everything.
For the rest, my face and my way of working can also be discovered on my about page, and you will find my services in the shop.
PS: yes, I live in the Portuguese sun part of the year, so if the light in my videos seems a little too soft to be true… it simply is true.
