Today, it’s not a dress haul but a Prozis unboxing, my longtime collaboration that I adore, and let me tell you, this order really boosted my month. The matching sports bras are punchy, flashy, exactly what I love to motivate myself at the gym. The second-skin effect is stunning, the material doesn’t budge, and the colours stay vivid wash after wash. A real favourite.

The colour that motivates. Once a month, I allow myself a dark short for the less glamorous days, but the rest of the time, I head for the vivid colours. A coral or sea-green short, it’s silly, but it makes you want to slip on your trainers and go. Morale often starts with the outfit.

Cake, cookies and olive oil spray

A chocolate cake with ninety-five percent less sugar, straight to the fridge before savouring it, and my faithful creamy double-protein cookies, bigger and more indulgent than their supermarket cousin, but far smarter. And then a little everyday find, the olive oil spray, perfect for coating with a light drizzle without emptying the bottle, a real banger in the kitchen, which also comes in garlic.

Amino acids and socks

I restocked my essential amino acids, peach-mango flavour, which support energy during the effort, and I fell for some fleece-lined socks in a lovely gradient, ultra comfortable, perfect even at home when your feet are cold. The neat packaging, like a little gift, adds to the pleasure, as if my cupboard of sportswear weren’t already well stocked.

My very simple opinion. I’m a fan of their whole sports collection, so my eye isn’t the most objective, I admit it. But the second-skin effect, the colour hold and the absence of seams make a real difference in use. For the price, I haven’t found better.
