We often speak of elegance as a matter of clothes, and yet I believe it plays out elsewhere too, in simple, natural things, in the way you carry yourself, and above all in the care you bring to yourself. Looking after your health, your skin, your energy, is a form of discreet elegance, that of a person who cares to feel put-together in her everyday life. So today, I’m showing you what I fold into my routines with Prozis to stay in shape and feel good in my skin, for almost four years now.
The vitamins, preparing for summer and getting a reboot
We start with the courses, those little seasonal boosts.
Sun complex and multivitamins
The sun is coming, and before exposing myself, I started a two-month course of sun complex, based on tomato, vitamin A, carrot and zinc, which helps the skin strengthen against UV rays. I add a factor 50 sun protection, indispensable. And since I’m coming out of a slightly trying period, I chose a course of multivitamins to give myself a reboot at the end of winter, on top of the omega-3 I take two or three times a year, because we sorely lack it in our diet.
The skincare, a simple and accessible routine
We move on to the skin, with two products I use every day.
The cream and the vitamin C serum
I have skin that feels tight and demands a lot of hydration. For a long time I used a luxury cream that costs a fortune, and here I found an alternative at under ten euros, with a soft finish, neither greasy nor sticky, that you no longer feel once absorbed. I added the matching serum, to apply before the cream, and just the gesture of the little dropper does me good, that feeling of taking care of myself. At thirty-six, vitamin C is enough for me, I’m saving the anti-wrinkle for much later.
The treats, enjoying without guilt
And here’s the part the foodie in me adores, taking care of yourself without giving up the pleasure.
No-added-sugar biscuits, brownies and ice creams
I banned sugar for a long time, and since this collaboration, I treat myself differently, with these sugar-free chocolate bars that taste almost identical, these brownies with under one gram of sugar and peanut chips, my faithful fibre-rich choco-hazelnut granola, and protein ice creams in caramel-pecan or chocolate-hazelnut. I even fell for a frozen yoghurt and its salted-butter-caramel toppings. The idea, swapping the classic sweet for a smarter version, without frustration.
Elegance, also a matter of care
Deep down, all this makes up my little routines, taking care of my skin, my energy, my sweet cravings, and staying on top of things at the gym. It’s my way of linking elegance to health, without making a religion of it, simply by listening to myself. My code is CAROFIT10 for -10% across the whole site, stackable with current offers, I’ll leave it for you as always.

PS. Tell me in the comments, team sweet or team savoury… me, I lean towards savoury, but in front of a sugar-free brownie, I’ll confess my willpower wavers.
