My Prozis Sportswear Wardrobe, Leggings and Sports Bras

Fitness & Nutrition Caroline 4 min
The key takeaway: you can never have too much sportswear, and my Prozis collection proves it. Brightly coloured leggings with that little elastic that shapes the bottom, varied sports bras, crossed, two-tone, with sleeves, a bodysuit with a worked back, and message socks that put a smile on your face. All in a second-skin feel, with no scratchy label, and made in Europe. Plus a few hygiene tips for the gym. My code is CAROFIT10 for -10%.

Nothing comes for free, and a body you like is earned, between a bit of sport and food you pay attention to. Sport has been part of my life for four years, more seriously for the last two, and I clearly see the benefits, on the body as well as the mind. Inevitably, from collaborating with Prozis, I have piled up the outfits, and my wardrobe is overflowing. So today, I’ll give you a tour of my collection of leggings and sports bras, with a few tips thrown in. Settle in, let’s chat.

Leggings, shape and comfort

We start with the queen piece of my sports wardrobe.

The elastic that changes everything

Almost all my leggings have this little elastic at the back that tucks into the curve and draws a nice bottom, even when it isn’t very toned. A bit of cheating, I admit, but admit it too, we’d rather have a pretty line than a totally flat effect. I get them in plain colours, never black, which I save for my elegant dresses. Above all, the fabric is second-skin, doesn’t scratch, doesn’t keep you hot, and doesn’t squeeze the waist, a real joy wash after wash.

The criterion that counts. A good piece of sportswear isn’t judged on the cut alone, but on how it holds up over time. After several washes, the colour and the elasticity should stay intact. That’s where quality shows, far more than on the website photo.

Sports bras and the bodysuit, variety

On to the top, and there, I love to vary the pleasures.

Crossed, two-tone and a worked back

I have sports bras crossed over the chest, very pretty, two-tone models all soft, a more covering version with sleeves for winter, and a green one with almost Mexican patterns that I love, even if its neckline isn’t right for sessions that are too dynamic. My bodysuit, brand new, has a back crossed with strings that’s magnificent. And I like to mix colours rather than dully matching top and bottom, it gives some punch.

The details that make the difference

Because sport is also a matter of little nothings.

Socks, underwear and hygiene

Prozis socks, I collect them, in every pastel shade, some with messages that make you smile, like this “the harder you work, the luckier you’ll be”. On the practical side, I recommend seamless sports underwear, invisible under leggings, far more pleasant than your pretty lingerie that you ruin sweating in. And three hygiene tips at the gym, a towel every time, a quick spray after use, and above all, sneakers dedicated to indoors, never the ones from the street.

Respect for the place. A towel and a pair of sneakers reserved for the gym isn’t a luxury, it’s good manners. You keep the space clean for yourself and for others. This small effort says a lot about the respect you have for the place where you train.

Never too much sportswear

So there’s my collection, the fruit of four years of practice and real loyalty to the brand, for fabrics that are pleasant, that last, and made in Europe. Sport gives me so much, in body and in mind, that I couldn’t encourage you enough to take care of yourself in turn. My code is CAROFIT10 for -10% across the whole site, I leave it with you as always.

PS. Tell me in the comments your favourite sport… and admit it, you too sometimes choose a legging for its colour before even thinking about the workout.
