A change of program today, no dresses but skirts, because I haven’t found anything I like on the dress front lately. So I brought back three Zara skirts, and above all, I couldn’t wait to show you the shoes, three pairs Vivaia sent me, models made from recycled plastic water bottles. An eco-responsible brand that took on the challenge of shoes that are elegant, comfortable and kind to the planet all at once, and believe me, on that ground my mind is quickly made up. Let’s put together three working girl looks.
Vivaia, elegance that walks on a cloud
A word on the brand, because that’s the whole point. Vivaia designs shoes from recycled materials, with soles sometimes crafted using herbs to prevent bad odours, and real ecological thinking. I always weigh collaborations against my values, and this one ticks the boxes. A little nod, I’m not the only one charmed, Julia Roberts and Jenna Ortega wear the brand too.
Look 1, the knit skirt and the Francesca loafers
Let’s start with a knit skirt paired with the burgundy bodysuit and a jacket, an ensemble I find understated and terribly elegant.
The V detail of the loafers
I first tried it with my favourite heels for the sexy chic side, then with the Francesca loafers, with a chunky heel and platform, topped with a little V on the front. From the very first step, there’s that famous cloud, with a non-slip sole on top of it, ideal when you walk fast. You lose a little sensuality compared to heels, but you gain a confident bearing, that of the woman who makes decisions.
Look 2, the beaded skirt and the Andrea leopard loafers
Next comes a white knit skirt, trimmed with beads at the waistband and along the bottom, elegant and refined.
The leopard that’s so me
To break the code, I chose the Andrea leopard loafers, and of course, a leopard for WildyCaro, it was obvious. The same sensation of walking on a cloud, with two clever advantages, they’re machine washable and fold in half to slip into a handbag. Ideal for swapping your heels for flats at the end of the day without going back home. A clear message while staying understated, that’s exactly what I love about fashion.
Look 3, the skort and the Amanda ankle boots
We finish with a brown skort, with that opening on the thigh that brings the little sexy chic side.
The 1950s-spirit zebra ankle boots
I paired it with the Amanda ankle boots, zebra-printed, easy to slip on thanks to the stretchy elastic at the ankle. The wide heel ensures lovely stability, the height is perfect, and the sole, once again, works wonders. These little short boots have a delightful 1950s air, and the beige nicely echoes the jacket. A coherent ensemble, from sole to collar.
Three looks, one signature
What I love, deep down, is being able to assert a style without overdoing it, being different without shouting. With these Vivaia shoes, I hold that balance, the elegance of an office, the comfort of a whole day, and the clear conscience of recycled materials. Caroline’s code is WILDY12 on the site, I’m slipping it to you in passing.

PS. Tell me in the comments, team leopard loafers or team zebra ankle boots for going to work… and admit it, the idea of a shoe that folds into your bag won you over as much as it did me.
