So, here we are again for the little monthly get-together, the one you look forward to and that I love preparing, the Prozis unboxing. It has now been more than four years that I have worked with this brand, and it has become a real ritual, I show you each month what I order, what I actually use, whether for my workouts, for managing my stress, or simply to have a bit of style at the gym. February’s order is fairly complete, between sport, food and skincare, so settle in, we are unpacking it all together.
The clothing, style all the way to the gym
Let’s start with the most visible part, because yes, I do like to look at least a little bit like myself even when I am going to sweat.
The plum-purple jogger from the women’s collection
First favourite, a jogger in a plum-purple shade that I find really very pretty. The logo printed on the left leg, two pockets, a nicely elastic waist, and above all that seam running all the way down the front of the legs, which gives it the faint look of a dressy sport trouser. The bottom tightens at the ankle with an elastic, a detail I love. Just as good for lounging at home as for nipping out to run a few errands or facing the cold at the gym.
The extra-large t-shirt on the men’s side
A new piece for men this time, a t-shirt in an extra-large cut, with an eagle printed on the back that really looks great. The whole new collection plays on these motifs, eagles or weightlifting silhouettes, and there are equivalents for women. A lovely range, I think.
Nutrition, indulgent but thought through
The part I prefer, no doubt, because it slots effortlessly into a normal day.
The peach collagen drinks
Given my great age (I am joking, but only just), I have gone back to collagen drinks, peach flavour, really indulgent and refreshing. Collagen helps the joints, the hair, the nails, and our body produces less and less of it from the age of twenty-five. A drink will never be enough on its own, but you may as well combine pleasure with usefulness, and this one is very easy to slip into daily life.
The choco-hazelnut granola, my unshakeable one
That one has been camping out in my cupboards for two and a half years, and we can no longer do without it. The chocolate, the hazelnut, it is our little household favourite. Handy to add to a yoghurt or a bowl for breakfast or a snack, rich in fibre and more protein-packed than average. The kind of product you buy again without even thinking about it.
The two refined-sugar-free syrups
I gave in to curiosity with a coconut blossom syrup and an agave syrup. We all know the problem with white sugar, in pastries, in yoghurts, in coffee. These syrups are interesting alternatives, a way to cut down on sugar without frustration, to slip just about anywhere you would normally sweeten. I had never tried them, the idea really appeals to me.
Skincare, because skin matters too
So I added a vitamin C body cream, to round out the hyaluronic acid cream and the collagen one I already use. The texture is pleasant, does not stick, and the scent is a real pleasure, as is often the case with Prozis. Test approved live, I am delighted with it.
And finally, the must-have of my anti-stress routine, rhodiola rosea, which I can no longer do without. I take it in regular courses, and it genuinely helps me channel my days. Between us, when you are a self-employed entrepreneur, the mental load can quickly become heavy, the brain goes off in all directions, you lose focus at the slightest notification. Rhodiola helps me stay calmer and more focused. A little square of crunchy dark chocolate to end the evening, and February’s order is complete.
A complete unboxing, true to my habits
So there is February’s order, a lovely mix of sport, food and skincare, in the image of what I love about this brand, products that really find their place in a normal life. My code is CAROFIT10 for -10% across the whole site, I leave it for you as always, with no pressure at all.

PS. Tell me in the comments which product tempts you most in this order… and whether you too have a granola you keep rebuying on a loop without quite being able to explain it.
